They are a great way to send and receive messages from the library to the community. They function well as a space for the involvement of everyone to pass comment or to speak about future and past events.
Twitter
Twitter works similar to blogs but can extend over a wider area. It is easy to get to and has capacity for large photos as well as other adds for other community sites.
